Cancellation Policy

Much like purchasing a ticket to a sporting event or concert, registrations for Legendary Sports Xperiences LLC (“LSX”) events are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend an event, a registration credit equal to the full dollar amount of your registration fee may be issued. Credits are valid for one calendar year from the date of the original event.

 

To request a credit, you must contact the LSX office prior to the start of the event. To redeem an existing credit, please contact the LSX office before completing a new registration.

 

If an in-person event cannot take place due to unforeseen circumstances such as public health concerns, LSX reserves the right to transition the in-person experience to a virtual format without offering a refund. By registering, the participant waives any and all claims or damages arising from such changes.

In the rare event that an athlete is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, LSX reserves the right to substitute the athlete with another of equal caliber without providing a refund.

If an event’s date(s) or location changes, you may cancel your registration and request a full refund of any registration fees paid, less the cost of any merchandise received. The participant waives any and all claims or damages arising from such changes.

If an event is canceled by LSX, you will receive a full refund of any registration fees paid, less the cost of any merchandise received. The participant waives any and all claims or damages arising from the event’s cancellation.

LSX reserves the sole discretion to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions of the Cancellation Policy will be posted on LSX’s website, if applicable.

This policy is effective as of 12.14.2024
